About
Every day, a family in Nova Scotia experiences the pain of losing a child as a result of miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal loss.
To honor the memory of their precious babies,Tina Thibeau Foley, Natashia Hope, Stacey Maclean and Caitlin Oakley from Halifax joined together with the IWK Health Centre to organize Halifax's first ever annual Walk to Remember.
It was the success of other Walks across Canada and the United States that encouraged this group of young, dedicated women to put their plan in motion.
To these ladies and their families, participating and putting together this special day is a way to honor the memory of their babies and to share their grief with other families who have experienced similar tragedies.
